@streetspirit there are a few ways that you could it. For example, you might try creating an attribute, perhaps called custom contact. Then use a conditional statement that added some content when that attribute had a given value.

Nice. I should mention that I wrote this like three years ago. I would almost certainly use a CSS3/JavaScript approach now.

wiljum, bottom line these links are manged in different places. And assembled when the page is rendered. Also, the links or rather the link markup appears in template files but the layout is manged with XML.
